An Environmental and Architectural Acoustics professional, Phil joined AAD in 2010 after six years with a leading London acoustic consultancy. He now leads AAD's acoustic design strategy and detail on a wide range of projects, including broadcast, music production, entertainment, specialist fit-outs, healthcare, residential, and fitness, with a close focus on mechanical services noise and vibration control matters.
Phil’s case-load covers the detailed acoustic design and commissioning of both base-build and office fit-out projects in major UK cities, including almost half a million square ft. within London’s Leadenhall building alone. His portfolio includes the lead acoustic consultant role for the £18m Design Museum, re-located during 2016 into Holland Park’s former Commonwealth Institute building.
