Planning Support
Local Planning Authorities are likely to require an acoustic assessment to support any development proposal/planning application that is either "sensitive to noise" or is "likely to give rise to noise". Those authorities requiring a noise assessment to accompany a development proposal may not register the planning application without it.
AAD has a long established track record in supporting a wide range of development proposals and in co-working with planning consultants and developer's teams. As AAD also has experience in the assessment of proposals on behalf of Local Planning Authorities, including the formulation of planning conditions, we have experience in identifying and addressing key acoustic control issues. AAD also has experience in the discharge of noise related planning conditions.
