Responding by site attendance to Marylebone after around 30 minutes of receiving neighbour complaint, Westminster City Council served a Noise abatement order on party goers by posting a noise abatement notice through the letterbox. Although the star was overseas at the time, a further notice addressed to the owner was served in person the next day.
Westminster City Council's Councillor Ed Argar, cabinet member for city management, said "we take the issue of noise pollution very seriously and treat every case alike and fairly, regardless of who owns the property concerned".
