Since 1990, Applied Acoustic Design has supported major aero-engine manufacturers, major airport operators and major airlines. We support airports with strategy formulation, noise measurement, data reduction and reporting. Examples of our work include:

- Assessment of the reduction in ground noise emissions when substituting Auxiliary Power Units with Fixed Electrical Ground Power;

- Auditing of ground run-up pen noise emissions including comparisons with run logs;
