Under Section 13 of the Anti Social Behaviour Act 2003, an Anti Social Behaviour Injunction was obtained by public sector landlord The Trafford Housing Trust against a noisy tenant. Having previously agreed to an Acceptable Behaviour Contract, complaints relating to the tenant playing radio and TV loudly, shouting and screaming, slamming doors led to the Injunction. If the injunction is broken, the tenant could be convicted of Contempt of Court.
