Quality Policy
Applied Acoustic Design operates a Quality Management System satisfying requirements arising from BS EN ISO 9001:2000. No element of work is excluded from this Quality Management System and all work is subject to audit. Applied Acoustic Design undertakes sound insulation testing pursuant to requirements arising from Building Regulations 2000 Approved Document E.
It is the policy of Applied Acoustic Design to operate a Quality System designed to meet the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000 and to meet the requirements of procedures for sound insulation testing as set out within the Building Regulations 2000 Approved Document E all subject to third party audit.
Applied Acoustic Design's quality system is fully described in our Quality Manual and related procedures form Applied Acoustic Design's normal plan for the satisfaction of customer's needs and expectations; for particular circumstances, specific procedures are established. Means of improving the quality system are continually sought and applied where practicable. The means by which business and other objectives are achieved are contained in our policy manual and are considered part of the quality system.
